At Deep Sky Flight Training, our mission is to make high-quality flight training affordable, approachable, and effective. We believe aspiring pilots shouldn’t have to choose between modern aircraft and reasonable costs, which is why we’ve built our program around advanced glass cockpit airplanes, efficient training, and transparent pricing.
We’re committed to developing modern pilots through modern training. By combining today’s technology with personalized instruction, we prepare our students for the aircraft and airspace they’ll fly throughout their careers. Just as importantly, we strive to build confident pilots—not by rushing them through the process, but by creating an encouraging learning environment where every lesson builds competence, confidence, and sound decision-making.

Christian Webb CFI, CFII, MEI, LSRM
Christian embarked on his aviation career just a few years ago, completing all his ratings—zero flight hours to a Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI)—in a record time of only seven months. Shortly after graduating, he transitioned seamlessly into teaching, and he now brings many years and hundreds of hours of instructional experience to his students. Passionate about fostering safe and confident pilots, Christian joined us in May after instructing at another local flight school. His commitment to excellence is evident in his focus on high-quality training, leveraging the latest technology, and staying current with industry trends. Christian has quickly become a valued member of the Deep Sky team and is dedicated to helping our students achieve their full potential.
Jason Bunker CFI, CFII, LSRM
Jason is a dedicated flight instructor with a passion for aviation. After a career change during the COVID-19 pandemic, he pursued his lifelong dream of flying. While still working full-time in finance, he completed all of his ratings and is now excited to be focusing solely on his aviation career. With his certifications as a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and Certified Flight Instructor-Instrument (CFII), Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every lesson. He is committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for students of all levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced pilot looking to enhance your skills, Jason's personalized instruction and positive reinforcement will help you achieve your aviation goals. Jason is excited to be a part of the Deep Sky team and help produce safe, confident and knowledgeable pilots.
Anas SheikAli CFI, CFII, MEI
With more than 1,800 hours of flight experience and over 1,500 hours of dual instruction given, Anas brings a wealth of knowledge and real-world teaching experience to every lesson. Having trained and instructed at multiple flight schools, he has spent more than five years helping students develop the skills and confidence needed to become safe, proficient pilots.
Originally from Somalia, Anas came to Arizona to study Project Management at Arizona State University. While earning his degree, he discovered that his true passion was aviation. Since then, he has dedicated his career to flight instruction, taking pride in helping students achieve their goals—whether they’re taking their very first flight or working toward advanced ratings.
Ernesto Morales CFI, CFII
Ernesto is a dedicated and passionate FAA-certified Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor (CFII), committed to developing the next generation of aviators. He is a graduate of one of the nation's premier flight training academies, and brings both instructional expertise and real-world aviation experience to every lesson.
His previous experience in the aviation industry gives him a well rounded perspective on flight operations, training logistics, and student support. He is also a proud JetBlue Gateway Select cadet, trained under one of the most rigorous airline preparation programs in the country.
Known for his approachable teaching style and clear communication, Ernesto focuses on building strong fundamentals, safe habits, and confidence in his students whether they are just starting out or advancing toward instrument and commercial ratings.
